O hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura está bem localizado e tem um ambiente junto à piscina com um grande jardim que o torna num tropical.

Do facto de haver pouco material de apoio à piscina . Camas e chapéus. Desta vez o ambiente também estava barulhento e com um grupo de clientes pouco simpáticos.

Quarto bem amplo, duche bem quente, limpeza da suíte impecável.

Não ha espelhos no quarto ou no corredor para a esposa se empetecar, apenas 01 espelho na casa de banho, se tiver a usar não dá pra se maquiar essa foi a crítica dela, o ginásio não abre aos fins de semana, sábado fecha meio dia e domingo está encerrado, tive de esperar segunda feira para abrir e poder utilizar, ainda é pago a parte, tanto o ginásio, quanto o circuito do Spa piscina aquecida, ducha sensorial, banho turco e sauna.

Da simpatia, disponibilidade e profissionalismo dos funcionários, a cama e almofadas confortáveis, quarto espaçoso, estacionamento privativo, wc com pequena janela, da limpeza ao fazer o check-in, do pequeno almoço, limpeza nos espaços comuns, pressão do duche pela zona superior, da localização.

Limpeza diária do quarto deficitária, quarto escuro, não referem que a pequena janela do quarto não abre, limpeza da wc da piscina, pressão do duche pelo "telefone".
