Mirachoro Praia da Rocha

O Hotel parecia ser antigo, mas com móveis novos. A localização é boa e há estacionamento gratuito. A piscina é ok. O quarto é espaçoso, porém só há ar condicionado na sala. No quarto não há e todos ficamos morrendo de calor! A internet tb não funciona muito bem.

Falta de ar condicionado no quarto, internet ruim, funcionárias não muito simpáticas. Tivemos um problema no nosso apartamento , houve um vazamento de agua vinda do ar-condicionado, molhou minha mochila e ténis. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e a funcionária não foi nada simpática,

Coffee and beer from snack bar. Pool was nice. Good free parking.

Lack of supplies. No dish soap or sponge. No paper towels. No coffee or coffee maker. No electrical outlets in kitchen area. Need to take microwave out of cupboard to plug into outlet in back of cupboard. Lack of insulation throughout building. Lots of road noise. Tried to contact property, still no response after 7 days. Hotel was not willing to assist as we were in the apartments.

Apartment was spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Reception area and bar are relaxing and a nice atmosphere all round.

Rooms smelt very musty and wardrobes/ bedroom was a bit dated. Not enough sun loungers by the pool. Noisy throughout the night with noise from other guests coming in late.
