Paint falling off the door into our room. The king size bed I paid for was just two single beds pushed together. There was rust on the bathtub. The room was smelly and dirty

Location close to the city and public transport

No plates or cutlery were available in rooms. Only had cups and a jug. Would like to have basic dining set and access to these for quick meals when arriving late to the room on check in

We like the location very accessible to public transportation and local shops.

It should be better if they have provided the slippers and free water bottled.
