Amazing place
The attitude at the reception and of the hotel staff is excellent, the food is varied but tasteless, we were seven people and no one liked the food. The cleanliness of the room was horrible, I happened to return to the room while the cleaning lady was cleaning the toilet and the sink with the towel that was on the floor, without cleaning agents. Really unprofessional and not recommended massage - my wife left in the middle and I stayed until the end due to discomfort. Excellent pool, good location, easy access to the sea. Not really a five star hotel.
I took the all inclusive and it was not nice and not fun
Was a nice stay… but in future a five star hotel is allowed to give water without charging a fortune.

Very nice hotel, courteous and helpful staff, located in a very convenient location with shopping, dining, public transportation and more within walking distance.
Everything was GREAT. I would strongly suggest, though, that a clock be placed around the pool area so guests know what time it is without having to get out and check their watches/mobile devices.
We like the hotel … this is our second stay there , staff is friendly and the access to a sandy beach is amazing plus and nice location
Great staff & location- beautiful view directly on the beach. Guest relations Mgr Milena sees to your every need. Restaurant Mgr Mixhalis sees you are well taken care of at the generous buffets with food for every taste. Lovely pool area with bar. Comfortable, spacious rooms- spotless like entire facility.Our fifth stay here in four years- that says it all!
