Staff are the saving grace because facility is dirty and run down and not in line with 5 star description. Food leaves much to be desired (eg cocktails are made with syrups and artificially flavored juices not a fresh thing in sight) restaurants regularly serve luke warm food and are swarming with bees making it difficult to eat

Amazing hotel with great service and facilities. The rooms were slightly dated but all the other facilities were great so this wasn’t a major issue. The food was to a high standard and there was a great selection of wine.

Many sports activities, heated pools, a la carte restaurants, friendly staff.

There were removed from our room a pijama, and never found it.
