"House cleaning review - Malem"

I did stay in Hotel Royal Orchid for a week, and Malem did House cleaning for me. Cleaned properly, Respected privacy. Overall provided a wonderful service and made my stay a pleasant experience.

Had a good experience staying here. Clean rooms and staff is also supportive. A stafff member named Ashwini helped in smooth check-in and check out. Breakfast serve is also good.

The breakfast was good .

We were given the worst possible rooms with a damp and musty smell. Only when we complained were we shifted to the normal rooms ..This itself spoils the whole experience.
