Que en recepción no se le entendía mucho lo que hablaba, avise sobre la petición de cumpleaños en la página y me dijeron que avisara en recepción, avise y nos dijeron que en el desayuno habria algo y no paso nada.

Que me llamaran a las 01:00 de ma mañana para preguntarme si Iva a llegar al hotel hacer el ingreso y a esa hora ya estaba durmiendo en el hotel ,primera vez que me cobran las bebidas que saco que está disponible en el frigobar de la habitación

la vista maravillosa, la pieza muy buena con espacio, camas comodas y muy buen baño. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. el personal en general muy amable.

la recepcionista al momento de llegar fue muy poco amable salvo por su compañero de trabajo que salvo la situación y ella después se puso un poco mas amable gracias a el.
