The decor of the hotel was beautiful. You felt the history of the city. It was very close to Ponce City Market and any uber ride was no more than 12 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I love the cranes!

The area around looks a little sketchy.

Food service good but limited. Bar/food staff excellent. Location of property was great for my purposes.
