Wesley Inn

I accidently knocked over my glass of ice on way in front door. Gentleman quickly cleanned it up.building was beautiful and clean.

The customer service was absolutely terrible, I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel in all my life. Paid for 2 nights and was not able to check in due to lack of communication from hotel.

The hotel itself wasn't bad, but the rooms are very dated and the carpet was very dirty! We also were given a disabled access room and we are not disabled,so we weren't sure why that occurred.It was an ok place for a one night stop over.

The room was clean, but there were several instances over our 4 day stay that were not pleasant. I've written a separate letter to the general manager. It lists the situations that we ran across that were not pleasant, most of all trying to get a reservation in the first place some weeks back as well as the adverstised price on the marquee plus arriving 10 minutes too early to check in, driving from St Louis. Stayed here before covid and it was a great place back then. Not so now!

It was pretty fun down, very HOT in halls and room took awhile to chill down. No Continental breakfast, only grab bags to go. No ice machines worked but 1 in the 4th floor.

No breakfast worth eating. Ice machines were out and lobby bathroom broken.

Great location

This was a very good hotel apart from the carpets being a bit grubby in the corridors. Check in was friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast but there was a good place next door. The room was spacious and had all the usual amenities. The ice bucket leaked while on the desk so ruined some of my books. The worst thing was the bed. It felt comfortable but every time one of us turned over or moved we woke each other up as it felt like we were rolling around in a boat on a rough sea.

The hotel was good value and we had a spacious room. We had no complaints apart from having an ice bucket that leaked and a bed that felt like a boat in a rough sea every time one of us moved or turned over.

This was a nice hotel in good location with plenty of parking. Check in was friendly and helpful and it was good value. There was no breakfast on offer but we knew that but there was a good place immediately next door. There were all the usual amenities in the room and the standard US chain hotel type bathroom. The carpets were a bit grubby in the hallway but otherwise clean. The ice bucket leaked and loads of my paperwork got soaked. The main issue was the bed. It felt comfortable when in it but EVERY time my husband moved or turned over (and vice versa) we woke each other up as it felt like we were being tossed around in a small boat at sea. It led to a very disturbing night. Otherwise all was fine.
