Lokalita hotela je perfektná, z letiska sa tam dostanete pravidelnou linkou autobusu, zastávka je blízko hotela. Z hotela sa dostanete za pár minúť priamo do centra Palerma, ale aj k lodenici a pod. všetko máte doslova na pár minút chôdze. Personál v hoteli je milý, raňajky sú kontinentálne aj keď výber nie je až taký pestrý, ale najete s chutne, káva je vynikajúca. Izby sú čisté a zodpovedajú 3 hviezdičkám, ktoré hotel má. Mali sme izbu s balkónom, klíma bola samozrejmosťou.
