Too much noise in my room ice machine and people bar and restaurant next to my room

Very comfortable room and bed. Only stayed one night. Liked the view from the room and dining area.

Lovely room, restaurant and view. Was able to take advantage of off-season rates. The restaurant was delicious and the service there was amazing.

The front desk staff was there and helpful during check in but was MIA after that. We tried to extend our stay when we found a buy 2 nights, get 1-night free promotion, but couldn't get ahold of anyone. Tried going to the front desk, calling and emailing multiple times, but no one got back to me.

Excellent location, Great rooms, so clean.

The room was spacious with nice view of town and the lake.

Overhead light was malfunctioning and bathroom drain was not working well.

Awesome place to stay!! Like a giant log cabin in a place where you can enjoy the beautiful Grand Lake, walk trails with the most amazing views, enjoy watching wildlife, and so much more. The Wild Bear Tavern has a great menu with a wonderful staff. Clear night's bring unbelievable views of the Milky Way since you are basically in the Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. My family and I only stayed for 2 nights... wish it could've been forever!!

Had to go back home afterwards.

I went to grab a water at 3:00 am from the lobby area. When I went back to my room, my key card was not working. My husband was in our room and would not wake up to my knocking on the door (which the neighbors could hear. Even those on the floor above us). I am a nursing mother to a 2 month old, and my baby was in the room. There was nobody available at the front desk to rekey my key card so I was locked out of my room until someone arrived at the front desk at 6:30 am. There was also another person at the front desk at 6:30 am whose key card was not working. There needs to be a more reliable front desk staff available for these situations.
