All Season Suites

Worked for one night. Lady that checked me in was pleasant and nice.

My friend left his glasses in the room and when I called back desk clerk was like you haven’t checked out, then was like I give you a key to look. Was on her phone, handed me a key, staff was cleaning and had already put glasses in a room, they were nice but did not speak English.

Very clean & spacious. Very close to all attractions.

Bed was pretty hard. If you don't like firm mattress bring mattress topper because I was miserable.

Beds were comfortable. So close to Dollywood.

Older hotel and the building was a bit rundown

staff very friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable. excellent location for our purposes. ample parking. check in and out was very easy. suite had plenty of room/space for my family's needs.

breakfast was a little meager. thin pillows. place shows a little wear but that's from use, not maintenance (for example, the toilet seat was loose, door knob to the bathroom was loose). not deal breakers, but maintenance should go through the rooms more frequently to check on things. HVAC didn't get as cool as I would have liked.
