הדלת במקלחת ממש מעצבנת, צריך לפתוח אותה, להיכנס, לסגור ורק אז להיכנס למקלחון. מעצבן. דלת הזזה היתה פותרת את הבעיה. חוץ מזה מושלם!

• Easy to get to via public transport from the airport • On the beach front with a beautiful view • Balcony space is lovely • Spacious room • Nice pool area with sun loungers • On the strip so close to restaurants and activities

• Service is poor • Not a 4* experience • Mould in Bathroom • Incessantly loud noise emitted in the bathroom whenever the light is on (I was advised to shower in the dark) • Very noisy at night and those things don’t usually both me so it was noticeably noisy • Too many issues - ignored my request for an extra towel even though I had to come down to reception to request it. Room phone was not working, no instructions given. Breakfast process unclear with no explanation or anyone to meet you to explain - it just seems to be a free for all • Forced to go downstairs to reception to complain (phone not working) when I was halfway ready because the cleaner kept knocking on my door demanding to clean the room even though they told me to take my time getting ready as they had to clean other rooms, then I’m told the cleaner finishes soon so now I’m rushed out of my room. I had advised them prior that I planned to get ready but I could wait for them to clean the room by killing time at the pool. So to be rushed after being told to take my time was frustrating. I won’t be going back. This is not what I would expect from a supposedly 4* hotel and if you expect 4* service, I would not recommend this place. They do not seem to care much about delivering good, let alone great service.

Gute Lage - vor allem, wenn mam beruflich dort ist. Zimmer sind schön und sauber.
