This place is great! Welcoming staff, clean fresh room, and a healthy breakfast buffet. The bed was the best ever! I had an amazing stay. Thank you!

Cela fait plusieurs fois que j’y vais et c’est toujours super à chaque fois

They charge $10more for G/F but this condition is not posted anywhere and was not charged during initial booking.com booking. But charged on the extension stay. People would generally not move items and pay this $10/night. We need to leave one day earlier and try to return room at 3pm. Understood is passed regular check out but no partial credit can be given. Even a 25%credit back would be a good gesture. Would look for other hotels next.

Close to airport and mall.

Starting to show age. Power receptacles in room were overdue for replacement. Our power cords were very loose in the receptacles.

Très long pour faire le check-in. La machine à breuvage prend des jetons, on doit aller changer notre argent pour des jetons. La machine ne prenait pas les jetons, le préposé a dû ouvrir la machine, et j'ai dû retourner porter les jetons... Aussi, il faisait très chaud dans ma chambre et je ne pouvais pas baisser la température. On a aussi appellé ma chambre à 11 h 02 pour me demander si je quittais sous peu.

冷蔵庫はありましたけど温度調節がどこだかわからなくて使えませんでした。しかしこれについては自分が無知のせいです。 大きな重いクーラーボックスと荷物を運ぶためにカートを使いたかったのですがエレベーターが無いため苦労しました。これも自分のリサーチミスです。
