The location is convenient to shops and ice rink. The condo is very spacious and well equipped with cooking utensils.

The condo is not very sound proof. We hear a lot of noise when people upstairs stomping on the floor and when kids running in the hallway. Because it's close to ice rink it can be noisy and too bright at night.
