Great hotel, greaat rooms, great gym and golf course for those who are inclined to want to use it! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Good bar too!

Room no bathrobes or slippers. Bulky air conditioner taking up floor space not working, No mini fridge. Standard bed not king size which is what should be expected in a supposedly 4* hotel. Sink plug inoperable Breakfast orange juice watered down from concentrate. Machine coffee very weak. Wonky table causing coffee beaker and orange juice to spill. This table not removed whilst I was there. The floor of the whole pool area dangerously slippery..

Enjoyed our stay . Only minor moan was air condition in the bar was uncomfortable ! Could not stay for a drink .

Have stayed here several times over the last few years. Great location to visit Ironbridge and surrounding area. Lovely comfortable rooms. Facilities great, pool, sauna, steam room, gym and all free to access if a guest at the hotel. Grounds beautiful and relaxing. Bar/ restaurant serves good food and reasonable priced for a hotel. Staff very polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if visiting area.

Great staff, warm reception on arrival, clear information. The view from the restaurant was fantastic

The only small thing was the mix up between being told we could check out at 12pm and then the maids knocking on the door at 11am, but this could have been because I went to down to the car to put the first lot of stuff away, and they might have thought that was me leaving. Otherwise it was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again!

I liked the swimming pool, steam room and sauna as they were clean and pleasant to use. Breakfast was okay they offer oil fried bacon, sausages, baked beans, hash, brown, roast tomatoes, oil fried toasts, oil fried mushrooms, pouched egg, cut fruits & cream, tea, coffees and a range of cakes and bakeries together with cereals and milk. A choice of Air fried, Oven baked and boiled food would have been appreciated.

Receptionist handing over the door key card and instructing us using sign and vocal guidance from behind the counter, on how to navigate to our room which was quite a distant away. Taking us to our room would have been a nice gesture.
