"Lovely but not for families"

Beautiful hotel but NOT good for families. It's definitely catered more to older retired folk. The kids club is only on Friday and Saturday so not much to do for them rest of the week. When we did try it on the Friday, it was just mixing paint colours for 2 hours so was very disappointing. The kids pool is very basic with no slide or nothing for them to play with. No steps for them to get safely in and out either. The large pool is beautiful but generally quite cold. The lifeguards changed the rules some days you were allowed inflatables some days you weren't. The hotel evening entertainment was awful, was like being at a Butlins and the microphone they use was painfully loud. My child also couldn't enjoy the kids disco for same reason. Our room was above all the noise which was like being above a night club but at least turned off by 11-11.30pm. However bad points aside, the hotel was beautiful and the food was excellent and couldn't be any closer to the beach. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. There's not much to see or do though in this area, felt quite desolate so it is good for quiet getaways if you don't want to leave the hotel much.

"I loved the hotel the change in menu every day in the buffet was excellent."

The room was fantastic. The location was across the road from an amazing beach. The swimming pool and terrace were excellent.

I didn’t like having to pay E3.00 a day to use the safe in my room.

El desayuno y la cena muy bien, comida muy buena y abundante. El personal de servicio muy amables y atentos.

Lo único que puedo decir que no me gustó es que a las 7 de la mañana al comenzar el servicio de limpieza, los ruidos y portazos nos despertaron. Y ya no pudimos dormir más ya que los ruidos eran constantes. Y fue Sábado y Domingo
