From the moment I arrived, I was impressed not only by the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations but also by the warm and professional attitude of your staff. Each member of your team went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I sincerely appreciate their kindness, attention to detail, and hospitality. It was a pleasure to be your guest, and I will gladly recommend your hotel to friends and family. But I would like to mention first of all XENIS and CHRISTINA (the Queen of Pool). They are really amazing in their work in their humanity and in their experienced behavior towards the tourists. They are professional in their job and i think that each of them is a gold of your Hotel. Thank you once again for making my stay so memorable.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Nestor Hotel in Agia Napa, booking reference 5050444027. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expected standards, and I believe a refund is warranted. During my stay from 14.08.2025 to 15.08.2025, I encountered the following issues: Upon arrival at approximately 20:00, despite my confirmed booking of a deluxe room suitable for three people, I was provided with a much smaller room that could not adequately accommodate three guests. When I raised this issue, the receptionist insisted that the assigned room was a deluxe room. This was later confirmed by housekeeping and maintenance staff who entered the room to install an additional bed that they couldn't fit an extra bed and that was not a deluxe room . However, the extra bed was not prepared or available upon my arrival, causing further inconvenience and delay. The conditions provided did not match the booking confirmation, nor the standard reasonably expected from a “deluxe” category room intended for three occupants. The room was inadequate in size, comfort, and readiness for the number of guests confirmed in the booking. The attached photographs clearly show the room’s inadequate size and unsuitability for three occupants. The space was cramped, and the addition of a temporary bed only further highlighted that the room was not fit for the purpose promised in the booking confirmation. This amounts to a failure to provide the accommodation and service that was contracted and paid for.

Came last year had a deluxe room with sea view, fantastic holiday. This year paid the same to have the room I had last year but no were near the same standard. Sea view is between the gap in 2 buildings, only one bedside table, unable to secure door to balcony as gets stuck had to get maintenance to open it. First night here we were told by a member of staff we were in the wrong room. Please be aware massive difference in standard of duluxe rooms. Staff will not accommodate a room swap as saying it is full, even though quieter than last year. Looked forward to this holiday but Nester Hotel you have let us down.

Fab stay at Nestor Hotel, staff are so friendly and will always give 100%!!! Billy and the animation team are amazing (Elvis night (10/10)!! They made our stay, such lovely people!! Food is really good and a nice variety and hotel is clean, can’t complain!!!

Just returned from a fantastic week long stay at Hotel Nestor. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas which is a credit to the housekeeping team. We stayed all inclusive and the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. The swimming pool area was again spotlessly clean and the water crystal clear throughout the week. It was a great size and the premium sun loungers were well worth hiring for the ultimate relax around the pool. Slight pain that no ball games in the pool but to be honest the kids made their own games up and it led to a relaxing atmosphere around the pool. There was darts, putting competition, pool and football tennis activities during the day which the adults and kids both enjoyed. We were lucky that our kids met some other similar aged kids during our stay which kept them entertained throughout the week. Without this it may have been less child friendly. Location wise the hotel is great as it’s close enough to both the beach and the lively parts of town but feels quiet and secluded. All in all would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was super relaxing. It was an amazing experience. The touches where very caring and soft. While the pressure for the massage was just perfect. I had a massage with Patricja.

Most staff were very helpful and able to communicate in English very well. Very clean rooms, very large pool area and entertainment was great...High Five to Elvis impersonator !!!

Although there was a vast selection of food for breakfast, most cooked food wasn't fresh and neither was the taste good...we also tried having lunch once but we had the same issue.
