the room was terrible. i’m not one to nit pick hotel rooms often. but this one was definitely terrible. please save your money and get a different hotel !! the window was broken and didn’t even seem like they tried to fix it. the smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and so were the two light fixtures. so we had 3 HOLES in the ceiling. the shower head was broken and the water sprayed literally all over the bathroom. the tub had a crack in it so it was flooding the bathroom. there was paint all over the tv and the mini fridge. paint was in the holes to the outlets so we couldn’t use them. the bedding they had on the bed also had holes and rips in them all over. there was a huge spider problem in the room. the ac was blowing out a nasty smell, as if there was a dead animal inside of it. the peep hole in the door wasn’t in there, it was literally a big hole drilled through the door, someone could easily just look in at you. the door didn’t shut completely so any slight breeze, or when you shut the bathroom door, the front door opened, even when it was locked it still opened quite a bit. the employees were very rude and disrespectful. if i could rate this 0 stars i would.

It was good somewhat quite, the guy that was working the front desk was very nice and lf I needed anything he was willing to help he did a good job, I liked knowing he would do his best to help with what ever we needed.

We had problems with plugs , our air conditioner wouldn't work cuz of the shorts in the plugs, there was no trash cans ,chair looked dirty ,no plate in microwave so couldn't cook or warm anything up so I went & bought a plate to be able to use microwave , I got a room for 2 ,when my partner got there the following day he was given a hard time they didn't let him on permiss I wasn't there at the time, they couldn't have called me to ask his name instead he was told to leave I wasn't happy about that at all !

Dirty rooms, no blinds in a room had to get a different one. Tv don’t work

you really do get what you pay for. stated beds to be queen when they are full beds, room was dirty and old. location was sketchy and so was service.

Nothing, only good thing was their hotel down the road that I had to complain to the owner about the vista inn and they sent me to their other hotel down the road to make up for the them over booking the vista inn. The other hotel was still pretty bad but nothing as bad as the vista inn..

The Vista Inn was absolutely disgusting. Tweakers are running around everywhere. People living in cars in the parking lot. Staff was horrible. Booked a room on booking.com, and they kept telling everyone in line who booked online that the rooms were full. Didn't offer a refund or anything, just told me there were no rooms and sent me away even though I already paid. Luckily, somehow, I found the owners number on booking.com. When I called, he asked how I got his private number, and I told him on booking.com, and then I explained the situation, and he was totally nice and kind and told me he would call the other hotel down the street and get me a room, the staff at that hotel we're very nice and professional compared to the rude staff at the Vista Inn.
