Vista Inn

When I arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk and I had to wait for them to get off lunch, at midnight. They gave us a room that reeked of cigarettes. Asked for a new one, they moved us. The next morning my friend showered and they bath tub leaked all over the floor and then the office guy came up telling us to pack our stuff they’re moving us rooms, because the water is leaking into their office. I said okay well where are we moving to? They said they’ll let us know in two hours. I had to go shower at the EOS gym. We didn’t get our new room in two hours. We left for the morning to the farmers market came back 3ish hours later and had to ask them about the new room. They give me a new one, I go and check it for the smell. Again reeks of cigarettes. My friend is pregnant and her baby is under 1 years old. We don’t want to smell disgusting. I went and told them again it smells like cigarettes. The guy went with me to get a new room and he opened one, smelled waaay worse and much stronger cigarette smells. Horrible. I said no not this one. They open the other one, 4 rooms later we finally have our room on day 2 of being here. Shower curtains are fabric so they get the floors wet. It should be plastic. Hate it. Extremely humid in all the rooms. TVs don’t work or missing remotes. Two shower towels. One wash rag. One drying towel. Not nearly enough. They leave a half empty toilet paper on the roll and then have a new one for you. Don’t stay here no matter how cheap.

Clean and respectful staff

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Picture a hotel where crack heads hangout. It look nice on the website. We tried to check in at 3 but the room wasn’t ready. In fact it wasn’t ready until 8pm. What ever they used to clean the room burned our eyes. I was going to say screw it and go to another hotel but nothing was available. I can’t believe you guys would have something like this on your website.

They booked my room,instead of 2 queen beds had to full size bedsbeds,noisy and dirty

No fridge, no coffee, no microwave, no garbage can etc

Nothing. Everything was dirty.

Tv and microwave didn’t work. The whole room was dirty. A lot of women hair everywhere. Towels were disgusting and there was no trash bags to throw away trash.

Parking

Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

This was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms smelled like bleach to the point that my throat was sore. Most things were broken — lights didn’t work, the shower handle was broken so I couldn’t change the water temperature.

It was dirty, there were no trash cans. There were homeless people chilling outside the rooms.
