El personal del restaurante no era muy bueno ya k llegabas y no te asignaban mesa y tardaban muchísimo en darte lo k pedías y te decían después de mucho rato k el bufete del desayuno ya no estaba disponible la verdad k deja mucho k desear

Hard work to get hot showers, changed rooms but no better. WiFi very patchy and poor reception. Breakfast buffet was of a low standard. Swimming pool still out of action 3 weeks after due to be fixed. Bed in bedroom was comfortable. Room was a little noisey.

Su estacionamiento amplio del exterior , El desayuno riquísimo

Que el estacionamiento subterráneo no funciona como debería , ya que tienes que esperar muchísimo tiempo a que te abran desde el lobby…. O ir al lobby a pedir que te abran . La piscina está en mantenimiento, no se puede usar .

The location of the hotel is good

The bed was in very bad condition, had to call maintenance to help fixing it the best they could. When we tried to have lunch, we could not, there was an event and were told that they could not receive us. Had to eat outside the hotel (a total joke). The pressure of the water in the shower was very low, and the water was not hot when my wife took her shower in the morning
