It was a good value.

This hotel was very dirty. Our room was poorly vacuumed, and felt damp. The windows were completely filled with condensation, and the ceilings had water damage in multiple areas. The bathroom door didn't lock at all, and the main door had to be pulled extremely hard to latch. Multiple members of our group had to get new rooms due to varying issues. The pool area was nice, however, there were only 5-10 chairs in the entire pool area, so we had to bring our own lawn chairs inside to relax by the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Mold, dirty, staff was never at desk, rate was over priced

Room was dirty. WiFi did not work. Nothing in area to see or do.

Worst hotel ever. Bartender's bf was there causing a scene constantly through the evening, and, charged more than website,

The room was decent the pool and hot tub were nice however the hallways were dirty and the elevator sounds like it could breakdown from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. Also dirty elevator, very unsanitary.

I very much enjoyed my stay

We went to charge a room for our guests 2 adults and a baby and toddler. We were told there were only rooms by the pool left and they were more expensive. I asked if there was AAA discount and was told there was. I told them it was only for 2 adults a baby and toddler It was two single beds. They over charged us It was dirty when we went in to drop off the luggage. Full waste baskets ,hair in tub. It smelled like mold and urine. We asked staff to clean it by the time our family came .This was a room we just rented and it was DIRTY. Three hours later family came it was STILL Dirty. The toddler vomited because it smelled like Mold and urine. We used towels to clean the vomit and asked for BOTH new linen and towels. They never came! Tried to use the pool. My daughter was hit in the head with a foot ball! No one EVER used the pool because teenage kids were throwing regulation footballs and we were afraid for the babies. Room not cleaned that night. In the morning we asked again before having a COLD buffet style meal of cold pancakes, sausage and eggs. The next day we were told we could have ordered off menu and only paid tax. We told staff we were going to be gone about 4 hours and to clean the room. We came back STILL not cleaned . My step daughter refused to stay the second night with her kids because they did not even change the sheets or beds . Her dad stayed by himself the next night. It was STILL dirty. We returned the playpen and they did not record it The next day we told staff again please clean. Most times we had to hunt down staff. The standard reply was"we only clean every 2 days". Our room was NEVER cleaned. Not even precleaned check in. My daughter's dad tripped trying to find linen. We saw the manager open the towels for another guest and she ignored us. On the way back he tripped and fell. He had a cane and tripped on Cheetos and wet towels someone had left outside of pool area the staff had not cleaned. The manager SAW those because she left before us giving the other customer towells We followed her to the from desk and I said I would like to speak to the manager. She said there was none. We asked why she would not give us towels. She said"I am not the housekeeper. " We again told her our room was not cleaned and the little boy vomited we NEEDED new bedding "We only clean every two days ". "I am not the housekeeper". I confronted her and showed her the picture on my phone of the room and the sign that says"We clean every 2 days but ask if you need cleaning". I told her our room was NOT cleaned from the start!!! I asked it to be cleaned. She threatened to call the police on me because I raised my voice. I said"call the police " she dropped the phone ! I should have called the police but just wanted the room clean and a refund. By now we only had 4 hours left. She sent us the sign out info on the phone. In other words she basically was acting like we were signed out! The other girl under us offered a free night. I would not take a free year! Why would I want to stay another night in a dirty hotel that did ZERO to resolve any issues. It was also LOUD and difficult to sleep in the musty, urine,(now vomit) smelling room. The only nice person was the waitress the second day and was was affiliated with Mad Apple not the hotel. If you are unfortunate and go here the only time you will see staff is giving out breakfast coupons. They will tell you robotic like memorizing a script "we only clean every two days". Look it up . They are HIRING housekeeping now Please do not stay here it was hellish! They are advertised as welcoming! Welcome to hell!!! WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in . Even seedy motels change the linen and clean a room before you rent it!!!!!!!
