It was good. Friendly help, clean comfortable room

The bed was dirty I asked for clean sheets never got them. The walls were dirty the ceiling was dirty housekeeping never came and cleaned or took up my trash or changed my sheets.

Check in to room , had to go back to front desk to get vacuum, room carpet filthy, trash all behind desk, night stand couldn’t believe it!No room service, no clean towels, mold in bathroom all up on the ceiling all they care about is the pet fee lol just collecting money with no customer service.Wouldn’t recommend I won’t be back

I went with this hotel because it was a last minute buy with my son because we were exhausted. When you first pull in, it's very sketchy. There were men standing in random places all over the parking lot. Appeared to have multiple individuals on the property who were intoxicated/high. The photos that are posted for this hotel are FALSE. My room did NOT look like that AT ALL. The bedding was covered in holes and stains. Smelled like mold. Bugs everywhere. Peeling paint. Appears to be an extended stay hotel which was NOT advertised. I didn't even check out the rest of the hotel because we were there only minutes before I decided there was no way we were staying there. Safety, or lack thereof, is a very large issue at this establishment. Especially for a woman staying with her young son. I will NEVER suggest this hotel to anyone or EVER go back. We ended up going to the Super 8 in Pekin (everywhere was sold out in the Morton area). Best decision I ever made. I assure you, that was worth the 20-30 minute additional drive to get far away from this place.

First Room had mold all over the bathroom and stuff all over the walls and most of the lights did not work went to front desk got a new room okie better then the other one still dirty the sheets where gross one of the lights where broken smoke detector what’s that hole in the wall missing and the tv did not work at all super disappointed in the whole experience and on the bed skirt underneath the bed on the corner that was showing it was some gray brownish lobby gross looking thing it kind of like chew up food or poop that’s absolutely disgusting Clean make sure things actually work have working safety equipment as I was walking through the hallway I could hear that your other fire alarms were out of battery and beeping like come on do better clean fix things make sure things actually work I’ve never been disappointed in a motel more than I was last night

The family and staff were incredibly friendly. Bedding, needed thrown away and replaced, the pillows were small and square and never had pillows like them in a hotel. Definitely felt like we over paid.

Quiet, no one messes with your stuff.

The breakfast could be better maintained

It was super dirty. Remote was sticky that we had to wrap plastic around it hold it. Need I contine?

Bed had a perminent hill that I kept rolling down. Shower head was nasty!
