I appreciated that the staff tried to accommodate me each time I asked for a new room.

The hotel rooms I stayed in were not clean. The first room had roach casing on the side of the tv and a roach ran across the microwave while I was investigating the tv. The carpet was also filthy, the linens on one bed were covered in hair, the shower looked like I needed to wear shower flip flops, and none of the furniture/amenities had been wiped down. The room I was moved to was moderately cleaner, however, the refrigerator was leaking water onto the carpet, and there was a large hole in the ceiling above the toilet, which leaked water all night onto my toilet. Additionally, when I first went to see the new room, the sink was falling off the wall, there was something in the toilet that needed to be flushed, the lady tucked the shower curtain like it had been cleaned, and folded the towel that was draped over the side of the tub, which appeared to be a used towel.

We did not enjoy our stay. The only plus is the easy access to the interstate. The stairs and hallways were never cleaned/vacuumed, the breakfast area was warm/not air conditioned, the “continental breakfast “ was non existent, with only Great Value yogurt, toast, stale bagels, a waffle maker but the waffle mix was not edible (gross brown liquid poured out the second day), and the coffee/cappuccino maker had no mix in it so only slightly colored water came out. The first room we had was a disaster with a non working toilet, a sink falling off the wall, a musty moldy smell, t.v. did not work, and the refrigerator wasn’t on (water spilled out from it being defrosted). The second room had stained sheets and towels, the light switch was dirt layered and clearly had never been cleaned, the shower head was caked with brown build up, the towels, hand towels, and wash cloths were stained, thin, and frayed on the end, a half bottle of shampoo was left for us to use, and the t.v. never worked in the three day stay, despite two employees “trying” to get it to work. Checkout day at 9:30 a.m., despite the fact that we were conversing and watching the Disc Golf Network on the phone, a man entered our room very quietly and would not leave until I walked over and walked him out. Creepy! We will NOT be back. The Health Department needs to shut this place down!

The room was very nice. The service is great. I prefer to stay at this hotel over others in the area.

The rooms fire alarm was not only missing but there were bare wires sticking out of the ceiling where the fire alarm was supposed to be. The rooms coffee maker was missing the coffee pod tray and when my wife called and asked for one, the staff told her very rudely to just go get coffee from the lobby where the breakfast was.

Was called multiple times asking when I would be there. He just kept telling me to hurry up. In the morning they opened the doors twice and just left them open while standing outside the room talking. Overall wasn’t the best and pretty dirty.

Recently remodeled,didn't smell like other hotels

Breakfast horrible,no real coffee or sugar,pillows all were small like throw pillows

Nothing.

This place was filthy. There were blinking lights from burnt out fixtures in the halls and it had a pretty rough smell of cigarettes and mildew overall. The people staffing the place lived in one of the corner suites and were generally unhelpful. Even when the toilet in my room clogged after one flush they took over a day to address the situation and I had to plunge the toilet myself because the attendant told me he didn't know how to use a plunger. I am not making this up.

The vanity is pulled away from the wall. Toilet flusher broke on first time using it. As you sit on toilet, there is a drip from above. Ceiling is falling apart. Breakfast area is clean but did not offer much. We had day old donuts, stale cereal and had to ask for refill of waffle batter Pathetic.
