Great stay, would recommend and stay here again. Easy check in and staff were polite and helpful when needed. Room and bathroom were clean and beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect for someone who wants to get around the south/west coast by public transport and very close to a few beaches. Pool is clean and nice with pool chairs available whenever we wanted to use them. Only ate at the restaurant once for breakfast and it was good food.

Blood stained sheets, room accommodations was not as described or what I reserved and paid for as there was 1 king size bed and a cot, not 2 twin beds and a king as I reserved, No hot water, old furnishings, dingy towels , unfriendly staff that didn’t even acknowledge all three guest in my party as we entered and exit property. Staff was lacking hospitality and made my guest feel unwelcomed as they were never acknowledged. My complaint to manager and his solution offfered still lacked seriousness, and appropriate solution. I requested two nights discount/ waiver and breakfast accommodation for my party and he only offered breakfast for 1 for a party of three and declined to waive or discount my total cost for inconveniences. Smh) :(. Retraining in appropriate hospitality and compensation is severely needed. One of my daughters outfits was stolen from her luggage and the property claims that did not happen especially after I pushed for them to check their videos monitor again after I checked out after back and forth, and they deny anyone entered our room.. the kitchen staff that served the breakfast for one guest was hospitable, friendly and professional. However, overall disappointed and should be refunded. I would NOT recommend staying here. The local street is in very bad condition and in need of badly needed repair.

Upon arrival there was no laundry service available so it was suggested that we walk 20 minutes to a coin laundry but the walk was much longer than that and it was not a coin laundry so we had to wait three days before it was ready.

Great staff and great location. Good value for money
