It was a nice room. Comfy bed and nice balcony. Had a short stay so didn’t get to explore much or use any amenities.

Expensive. Beach was not a real beach. Didn’t realize wasn’t on the ocean side.

Si tuviera que encontrar un punto bajo, mencionaria que coincidimos con una boda en el hotel, lo que genero que ciertos sectores fueran inaccesibles para nosotros.

Vom Moment der Ankunft fühlt man sich willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt freundliches Personal, schöne Anlage, alles gepflegt und sauber.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. When we arrived, the room reeked of an intense bleach/Clorox smell. We immediately contacted the front desk and were told there were no other rooms available and no refunds. They said someone would come mop the room — no one ever did. Overnight, I developed a severe allergic reaction: nonstop watering eyes and nose, inflamed eyes, and significant discomfort. I ended up taking five antihistamines, and it took over 24 hours for the symptoms to subside. When I called my doctor, the first question he asked was whether I had been exposed to harsh chemicals. This was a serious health issue, not a minor inconvenience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was our first time visiting Key Largo but not our first time in the keys. We visit about once a year and we love it! This trip, we booked a two bedroom ocean view at the Reefhouse Resort for a week over Christmas Day. I traveled with my husband, 15 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The kitchen is a must for us when we travel - this one was stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans but had very little silverware. We just got to go silverware if we went out to eat. The unit was spacious with a great balcony and view. We just wish it had one more bathroom. The resort has a coin laundry machine that we used often. We loved the amenities the resort offers! The pool bar, Gus' Grille and Breezys were all so convenient. My son loved the pool right outside our door and our daughter went to the beach every morning. It was so nice to have it all right there. We appreciated the stocked coffee and water each day and the cleaning service! (They can come to clean until 5pm so we just requested they come between 11-noon and it was no problem) We were told there was turn down service in the evening but I dont think we ever got that. We ate out at The Fish House, Doc's Diner and Snooks. All highly recommended by us! The resort is exactly one mile from John Pennecamp Park, which was also nice. We will definitely be back to Reefhouse!
