The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to go.
The hotel was nice and affordable .It is in a perfect location for access to the beach. The staff was helpful and housekeeping was plentiful. It is a small hotel so there is no pool. The only thing i would have changed is the size of the beds, they were supposed to be queen sized but were rather small for two people.
Double booked for the palm suite.. had to relocate to a smaller room..
Everything was great except when your getting dressed ready to go out and there’s absolutely no mirror in the room!! 😩 PLEASE GET MIRRORS
A hidden gem. Close to everything and very affordable. Anthony and the other front desk attendants were so pleasant and helpful.
It was a big room with a lot of space, however the mattress We’re really uncomfortable on one side, like if that’s ware People sit the most very uncomfortable 😣 plus We Never Received our $60 cleaning deposit & left the room clean smh I guess that’s how they tip their maids. The guys in the front We’re cool tho..
They never had hand towels but other than that it's in a great location! You are located basically in the middle of it all! You don't have to uber anywhere everything is like a 5-10min walk. You pay a resort fee but get champagne, free bottle water,& unlimited beach towels. The rooms have a full refrigerator and microwave so if you want to save some money you can. I'd stay again and I'm picky!
I've stayed here before & plan to stay again. The rooms are very clean & the staff is great! Safe, Excellent location, plenty of food & night life. All that's missing is a swimming pool.
$35 valet parking per day through a third party 15-20 to get car picked up and 15-20 minutes to have car brought back... parking is $20 literally across the street every 24 hour... no ice machine.. other than that everything else was great clean room, great location, nice place to stay
The room was clean, but the coffee machine dusty. We were four and they provided toiletries for 2. Not enough towels for all of us. The receptionist upon arrival was barely welcoming, and the girl in the morning check out was just outright RUDE. Hiding in her chair behind the counter. I had no idea she was there until I walked up to the desk. Not a good morning, not a hello. Not a good bye when we left! The location is great though. Also I was expecting a cooking range in the suite. There was just a microwave, not very useful for cooking the eggs in the morning.
