Tolles Zimmer inkl Upgrade erhalten, sehr schöne Pools, in denen man auch Bahnen schwimmen kann, endlos Spaziergänge am Strand

Das Abendessen in Buffetform, das man bei Buchung der Halbpension erhält, war für uns die falsche Wahl… wir sind ab Tag 2 in eines der weiteren Restaurants gegangen und haben den Aufpreis bezahlt - dann aber sehr lecker und auf völlig anderem Niveau gegessen.

Die Infrastruktur ist nicht mehr 5 Stern konform. Der Garagebereich ist eines 5 Stern Hotel unwürdig. Die Bar Lounge ist ungemütlich, stark herunter gekühlt.

The hotel facilities and service are excellent and the staff are all wonderful. Our third stay and we are returning in a month.

Sorry but the quality and cooking in the El Patio half board restaurant are extremely poor and in some cases the food either mainly blend or inedible. Surely a good cook can make proper Minestrone, proper Pizza, proper Paella ?? Hotel needs to review whole setup as it reflects so poorly on what is otherwise a great hotel.
