If you expect to arrive outside the regular check-in hours, please contact the property in advance. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees). Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. The outdoor swimming pool is open from April 15 to September 25. With an extra cost, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €12 per day or €75 per week. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Please note the reception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Wednesday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
