"Termal pool işsize "

The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore during our 3 days stay. Disappointed

What we liked: - Beautiful sea - Many pool options for kids - Clean, spacious room with a wonderful view - Gardens are full of flowers What we didn’t like: - The need to fight with the service staff to keep our plates during dinner time - No free drinks during dinner time, only water - While there are a lot of options for breakfast and dinner, none of them are very good - Beaches are rocky, hard for kids to play
