Jättenöjda med hotellet i sig, supertrevlig personal, bra mat och utbud på frukost och middag. Jättefin privat strand och mycket aktiviteter för barn. Enda som vi tyckte var mindre bra var informationen. Tex när vi checkade in så sa dem inte vart rummen låg, vart stranden, restaurangen låg osv. Och vi var 3 pers i ett rum och fick påminna dem om att vi behövde en extrasäng. När man väl ringde och fråga om nått så var de på plats på några min. Så är egentligen väldigt nöjda men de kan bli lite bättre med info. Kommer absolut besöka det igen!

The food is very bad and not clean with insects all around. Very expensive to the service we get. The swimming pools are dirty and not clean, not warn.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely bad. It says that it is a 5-star hotel, but it is at MAX 3 stars. The food was bad and we paid 1000 TL to wash 5 t-shirts?! They try to take every oppurtunity to earn money from you. When we asked about the boulevard, the reception was pushing us to buy a tour. And again: the food is awful.

Trevligt och tyst läge. Det var dåligt med hotellet var att det var långt till stadskärnan.

Their Air conditioning won't heat, and they tried to tell me they are work on that. Finally they changed my room, the second room was warmer but doesn't have Air conditioning either.

Before i’ve booked our stay i’ve checked some reviews online. Cleanliness was mentioned as negative but for my experience I can assure that the premises and the room we stayed in was spotless clean. Although it was the last day before closing for winter we had new towels in our room. It was much appreciated. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was good, there was nothing to argue about. So the online rating isn’t that accurate. My advise: just check it for yourself and don’t be prejudiced by the online reviews. Overall we were satisfied.

Otel konum olarak güzel yemekleri idare eder temizlik konusunda daha iyi olabilirdi

21-23 Ağustos tarihlerinde otelde konakladık. Otel hizmeti çok kötü, yemek sonrası içtiğimiz 1 bardak kötü çay İçin 8₺ ödemek çok ağırımıza gitti. Konfor kötü. Bu kötü hizmete fiyatı fazla bulduk. Deniz girişi kayalık sahilde çok az çakıl var. Şezlonglar kirli. Bir daha asla konaklanmayacaklar listesinde bir numara. Paranızı boşuna burada harcamayın.

Butik otel yerine 5 yıldızlı otel seçtik ama su şişelerini kapının önüne koymak nedir? Odalarda çay kahve bile yok. Genel olarak fena değil ama otel bakımsız kalmış. Plajı daha iyi organize edilebilirdi.
