The hotel was renovated.. my room was very clean and comfortable.. it was near the Chushatta Casino. It is a beautiful small town but very limited in businesses..

"Not satisfied would like the day I was not there to be refunded"

My recent two-day stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the $300 price tag. From the moment I checked in, the service was unprofessional. The manager repeatedly questioned my every move, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was a persistent issue with guests across from my room smoking weed, making the hallway and even my room smell strongly of it. It was a very unpleasant experience, and one night, the smell was so pervasive that I couldn't even stay in the hotel. Given these issues, I requested to check out a day early and receive a refund for Saturday, but my request was refused by the manager. For the high price paid, the lack of professionalism and the uncomfortable environment made this stay absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel.

My experience at the Super 8 was great. We came to go to the casino and the hotel was literally 1 minute away. Check-in was easy and the front desk was very helpful. They were doing some remodeling but it was not noisy. The remodeled rooms were really nice and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again.
