Good location, very clean, nice staff, great value. The complimentary breakfast and dessert are very nice perks.

The pool is a bit small and the pool hours aren’t the best, I like an early morning swim when it’s not as busy but it doesn’t open until 10am. But that’s not a deal breaker. Our biggest issue was the elevator broke on day 2 and we were on the third floor. My husband is disabled so it was pretty difficult for him to make it up and down 3 flights of stairs.

The breakfast staff were polite and kind, attentive. Breakfast foods were sufficient.

The refrigerator in our room would only "cool" but barely kept our food cool enough to maintain; the shower was AWFUL! The entire bathroom was completely drenched with every use. Maintenance and improvements are greatly needed! I didn't feel like the staff was attentive. We checked in with 3 adults and 2 children but our room was not prepared for us - we needed more toilet tissue and towels to accommodate 5. Since we registered for 5 I felt like the supplies should have already been in our room. Again, the bathroom situation was off the charts awful. There's no way they didn't already know about this! Why hasn't it ben fixed?

Great location near all of the attractions in Branson, but on the Yellow Route which has less traffic. The facility was very clean and in great shape. The owner was painting to keep the look fresh. The staff were very friendly and had a nice sign with towel art in our room for our anniversary. Great low price to save some trip money.

The food was pretty low quality. The eggs had a rubbery texture and needed a bunch of seasoning to eat. The cobbler desert in the evening was burnt and had a very processed food taste. The sausages were ok.

Convenient to all attractions, smaller property with close to door parking. Safe area.
