Schöne Parkanlage

Staff were very kind and attended to all of our needs without hesitation. Breakfast was very good along with the various other food spots throughout the hotel.

The Wi-Fi was very slow, particularly in our room. The charging ports in our rooms were also very slow and it took hours for our devices to charge, despite not using them much during our trip.

The staff and the food were good and certainly no complaints there.

There is no way this is a 5 5-star hotel. It may have been many years ago but certainly not now. The place is dated and the service is not akin to a 5 star at all. We travelled with 3 disabled people 1 blind, 2 walking restricted. We did email and received confirmation from the hotel that all was OK for them however this is not the case at all. The whole complex is not at all set up for wheelchairs or people with visual issues. Disabled ramps are completely blocked by tree branches that haven't exactly grown overnight, a pathway with trip hazards as paving slabs sticking up, and although nice for some palm tree branches hitting u in the face on the ramps that were accessible. 1 whole block with a bar and lounge completely inaccessible if you can't use stairs. Many very Sharp broken tiles around the pool that have been broken for a long time and are dangerous to children and those with eyesight issues. When we explained the issues to the staff we were warned that if we complained to the general manager he would simply tell us to leave as he doesn't allow complaints to be made. The words used were that the whole family of 9 people would be told to Fxxx Off as they don't need money from people who complain. We did get an upgrade on arrival as the disabled in the party couldn't stay in the booked accommodation due to the stairs and steps with no lifts. But that was a long way from the main blocks and we had to hire a mobility scooter. The staff that served (not management) we would all say were great and so helpful and they all without question told us about how awful the management is and how the place is poorly run. We felt sorry for them as limited employment opportunities make them have to stay there.

Gym, kids area, pools

Noise in other rooms, didn’t exceed my expectations for a 5 star but was a nice place to stay.

Very beautiful architecture and decorations, creating a combination between Spanish/Moroccan/Thai style. Great pool area with stunning vegetation. Easy and free parking on the streets around. Great apartments with space and very comfortable beds and fairly quiet AC.

WiFi is not very stable, or fast. Breakfast area is very hectic, but massive number of staff securing smooth servicing.
