The hotel is such an elegant place and the grounds were gorgeous. The staff, dining, and rooms were truly exceptional. Marco was so helpful with my friend who needed some Medical equipment from another town. Wonderful staff!

Svært at blive betjent i fx. baren, man blev ignoreret. Kun få af personalet var servicemindede. Der var ikke mange, der forstod/talte engelsk. Pinhão er en faldefærdig by uden butikker.
