Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein, Restaurant nicht sehr kinderfreundlich, es gab trotz vorheriger Nachfrage an der Rezeption keine Pizza oder Kindergerichte, nur teurere Gerichte, Coperto auch für kleine Kinder abgerechnet (das war in anderen Restaurants in der Toskana nicht der Fall), unfreundlicher Chef, das Restaurant würden wir mit Kindern nicht mehr besuchen, Essen war ok

Le petit déjeuner était moyen avec des produits industriels. Au restaurant le personnel s’est trompé dans la commande des desserts , et à l’addition ils ont ajouté un plat que nous n’avions pas commandé (ils nous ont remboursé)

ITL'ambiente sia interno, sia esterno al resort è bellissimo. I due appartamenti in cui abbiamo alloggiato erano puliti, confortevoli e dotati di quasi tutto il necessario. Le piscine sono grandi e tenute bene; rendono il soggiorno ancor più piacevole. Il ristorante è in una posizione da cui si gode un panorama spettacolare. Tutto il resort, molto ampio, è mantenuto benissimo e dispone di molte aree di svago: tennis, campi di calcio, pallavolo, pallacanestro, bocce. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato molto bene al ristorante. Ci auguriamo di poter tornare poichè ci siamo trovati benissimo.
La chiusura serale della piscina è un pò presto, sarebbe meglio alle 19:30 o alle 20:00. Per completare la dotazione degli appartamenti già molto ampia, consiglierei un forno microonde.
ITBella posizione nel verde tra le piante a cinque minuti in auto da Massa Marittima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile sia alla reception che in piscina.
Struttura molto grande adatta a famiglie con bambini. Un po’ datata e in alcune parti non pulita e trascurata. Potenzialmente la struttura e’ molto bella ma richiederebbe molta più attenzione nella pulizia e alcune ristrutturazioni.
