Struttura vecchia e mal tenuta con diversi disservizi. La camera era sprovvista di phon (a muro rotto), non rifornita di quanto necessario (frigorifero nn sempre con quanto necessario), impianto di condizionamento costituito da un pinguino rumoroso. Porte delle camere rovinate. Pavimenti delle zone comuni usurate e rotte. La palestra ....un deposito di cose in disuso completata con attrezzi poco consoni (tapiroulant nn funzionante correttamente ) il tutto in una stanza senza finestre. Ascensore e macchina ghiaccio non funzionante.

Super Lage, schöner Ausblick

Wir sind im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben, und niemand vom Hotel hat sich auch nur erkundigt, ob es uns gut geht oder ähnliches.

We are customers for generations and decades. This year we came as usual for a long weekend. Accidentally, there was a wedding and the hotel was fully booked. They didn’t inform us in advance about the event despite we made a reservation way in advance so there is no chance they didn’t know about the wedding at the time of our reservation. They gave us a room over the terrace where the party took place instead. All day long loud music and people talking aloud. We asked for a quieter room, but no luck. Our toddler did not get the afternoon sleep. The hairdryer in the room is like from the eighties, and when it hits up, you can get burned by the iron screws on the handle. Pool area: guests smoking one sigarette after another, hotel staff just doesn’t care. The security stairs are dangerous for children, but the doors with the access are kept open. Bad smell coming out from the air conditioning. In the Breakfast area I had to ask for food refill as the buffet was empty when I came down at 9:30 am and after 15 mins it was still empty. Nobody came to take coffee order; when I asked, the waiter, showing signals of stress, asked to wait some time. Waiters not giving way to the guests inside the restaurant area, running back and forth at a speed. No single table available, had to share the table with other guests, at the reception was told to find a table by myself, so no reception was offered at all - cheap hostel style (this hotel is supposed to be a 4-star). Cherry on top - 10:30 am the pool completely full, no umbrellas at all, the staff inviting me to take a chaise longue under the direct sun. With a toddler. Amazing. If you cannot manage so many guests, don’t take reservations at all!

Excellent location, great views, really nice salt water pool, good breakfast, helpful staff.

Not that impressive on arrival and a bit tired in places.

Posizione magnifica e vista mare da mozzafiato

A fine Maggio non ancora pronti per una grande affluenza. La camera avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescatina. Piccoli aggiustamenti

Die Lage ist fabelhaft , am Ende einer wundervollen Bucht und doch zentral gelegen. Sie ist der Hauptgrund für meine Wahl.

Die Mücken. Ein Spray, im Zimmer platziert, könnte für eine ruhigere Nacht sorgen.
