Please note, the spa is closed on Mondays due to maintenance work (or Tuesdays when Monday is a national holiday in Colombia). Restaurant schedules La Scala Restaurant (first floor) Service from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. El Mirador Restaurant (fourth floor) Service from 12:0 ft to 9:00 pm from Sunday to Wednesday and from 12:0 ft to 10:00 pm from Thursday to Saturday. El Automatic bar (first floor) open from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm. from Mondays to Sundays. People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel. Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Las habitaciones y la conservación histórica del hotel me parecieron encantadoras. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, aunque los precios del menú del restaurante y del minibar fueron un poco elevados para mí. La vista, las camas, el baño y demás detalles fueron excepcionales. Además, es una experiencia muy linda poder estar tan cerca de la Plaza Bolívar, lo que permite salir a caminar y disfrutar de diferentes espacios para comer o simplemente pasear. De hecho, me pareció un lugar excelente para reuniones especiales como matrimonios. Volveré pronto!

Me pareció bastante triste que no pudimos utilizar el servicio de piscina, sauna, spa y demás, ya que cerraban a las 5:00 p.m. por ser festivo. En nuestro caso, como locales bogotanos, solemos aprovechar los fines de semana o los días festivos para descansar en este tipo de hoteles, ya que son los únicos momentos que tenemos para relajarnos. En contraste con otros lugares, donde incluso extienden los horarios durante los festivos debido a la alta demanda, en este caso no fue así, y lamentablemente no pudimos conocer ni disfrutar de ninguno de estos servicios.

A equipe de funcionários é excelente, simpática, prestativa e solícita. O café da manhã é muito bom, contendo comida típica do país e também os itens internacionalmente aceitos. A localização no centro histórico é espetacular. Os quartos são espaçosos, bem decorados e confortáveis.

Em algumas áreas do hotel não há acessibilidade garantida, pela existência de degraus.

The hotel staff are super nice and helpful. We spent our first days in Colombia here and they really helped us get started. The spa and pool are also absolutely lovely and the massage is great after an eleven hour flight. The location is fine, a short walk to shops and restaurants. We also loved the breakfast, there was a member of staff to make you eggs and the fruit was fresh and tasty.

I am not sure its great value for money. It's an expensive hotel while not being outstanding. The choice at the restaurant also felt limited, but when in Bogota you may as well go out to eat :)

Ein schönes Haus mit angenehmen Ambiente. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Der schöne Innenhof, um welchen die Zimmer angeordnet sind, ist eine angenehme (Frühstücks-)Location. Aufgrund der dünnen Holztüren wacht man jedoch mit dem ersten Geschirr-Geklapper auf (bei unserem Aufenthalt war das 2 Mal der Fall zwischen 6 bis 7 Uhr morgens. Ist kein Killer, aber ausschlafen ist schwierig:)
