It was close to downtown. The lady at the desk was courteous.

Not appealing, outdated and there was no elevator. It didn’t feel safe.

The main part as shown in the photo and the lobby looked great. The lady I spoke to at check in was very sweet and helpful. As well the lady I spoke with at the desk at check out.

There were many things that went south after leaving the main lobby. Once we was going upstairs in building two the keys we was gave would only work if you held it to the reader and pulled the door at the same time. Same with the room. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything from other rooms. So happy my kids were not with us here. Once we got into our room I went to use the rest room and the bathroom light was flickering and eventually you could hear sizzling until it went out. While using my phone I saw something on the floor and it was a cockroach 🤢 then as I was reach for the toilet paper there was another 🤦‍♀️ everything inside of me told me to leave but I had no other choice as my father is in hospice and is not doing well and just wanted to be with him. Around midnight when we got back to the room just to sleep I felt the need to check the beds for bed bugs luckily I didn’t see any still kept our bag in the car so we didn’t bring anything home. The window in the room wouldn’t lock, what looked like blood in shower, the drain in the tub just as sketchy, the heater smelled like it was gonna catch fire, the floor had black spots between the two beds, and red stuff I assumed was ketchup on the bed skirt (not a deal breaker considering the rest). During the night anyone and everyone who used the door beside our room to enter the second floor sounded like they were in the room. Woke up at seven and began cleaning up our barely any mess besides where we slept and our Wendy’s bags and cups. My sister and I also always made sure to have a buddy system as there were a couple groups of guys that just made us feel uncomfortable 😳. When I went to check out I explained it to the lady and she handled it well and said she would talk to her boss about a discount or even a discount if we stayed again also explained that room 235 (we was in 234) someone had just left after being there for a month….

Staff was very friendly and nice, the room was clean but after sitting on the bed for a few we started seeing bugs so we requested a refund and the stag was very cooperative

Toilet ran all night. The bathroom fan and the AC were very noisy
