The customer service guy at night was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast wasn't that great. Food trays were empty at 7 am, nobody had refilled trays back up with food

Minor repair in room need. Stayed in 128. Desk chair in room was not sturdy, potential for injury if used.

Nothing memorable good or bad. Clean and comfortable.

After a long day of traveling we arrived late at night. When I booked with expedia I paid in full for two rooms and added protection to avoid any other expenses. The front desk ask for a credit card once we checked in. I had no working card as my bank flagged it for using it out of state and the desk attendant said we would not be able to get our rooms even after explaing there was no ideati. Luckily after 40 minutes of trying to call my credit card company and searching the car we found cash in one our bags, the desk attendant then told us that since we were paying in cash that we would have to wait for house keeping in the morning

Place had nice make over and things were clean new and comfortable. Shower cold side handle was broken and fan was hanging down in bathroom. Not complaining because you could tell they were putting a lot into renovation and breakfast was good. We would stay again.
