Hotel build as old colonial style and really looks impressive just crying for maintenance to get back in splendid shape.

Some maintenance already ongoing bet therefore pool and gym are not available. Also, bar and some areas look abandon. It was said on web hotel providing shuttle services for additional cost, but in fact they just arrange taxi.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our suitcases, but they went out of their way to send it to our next destination in Mexico. Which was fantastic. Also th beds were good and the lounge area spectacular.

Villahermosa is not so interesting by itself to visit, we needed it as your plane landed there late in the evening. But the hotel itself was a nice oasis of rest.
