"Lovely hotel, needs better customer service"

The hotel was really nice but beware of stairs everywhere if youā€™ve got bigger bags. No ramp to the reception, and my room had stairs up and down to it, even after coming out of the lift. The front staff are not the friendliest but the breakfast was good and the wait staff excellent.
