"Hotel pintoresco, cómodo y muy bien ubicado pero aparcamiento difícil de acceder"

Se trata de una casa colonial en el centro mismo de Mérida. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y bonitas. El desayuno copioso y muy bueno

Tuvimos problemas con el aparcamiento que había que pagar aparte. No nos avisaron que cortaban la calle por las procesiones de Semana Santa y no podíamos acceder con el coche. Solicitamos una compensación pero no nos ofrecieron nada

"Exceptional"

Beautiful property. Very clean and very beautiful. The two queen bedrooms were enormous. Location is spectacular — cannot be beat. It’s both lively and quiet (i.e. no loud bars or clubs but a lively small square with lots of sit down restaurants and cafes and family-friendly music).

"Centraal hotel met ruim zwembad"

Het hotel heeft een centrale ligging en een mooie binnentuin met aangenaam zwembad. Het heeft ook een eigen parking tegen betaling. Het ontbijt was zeker in orde met verschillende opties, al mocht er iets meer fruit bij zijn.

De badkamer was wat verouderd en mag eens een opfrisbeurt krijgen. De ontbijtruimte is redelijk donker. Maar dat zijn eerder details.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Prima Poolanlage mit Schatten. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist fantastisch. Parkplatz Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (s.u.)

Im Zimmer hatte es einen unangenehmen Geruch. Am Schlimmsten war aber, dass als wie nächtens die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet haben, ein lautes Geräusch es verunmöglichte einzuschlafen. Das Geräusch kam von einer Lüftungsanlage des Nachbarnlokals, offensichtlich war es erst vor kurzem defekt geworden. Der Nachtportier war aber sehr nett und bot uns um Mitternacht ei neues Zimmer an: größer, mit 2 Betten und ohne Geruch. Nochmals danke dafür! Preis vom Parkplatz wurde extra verrechnet.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Lucia hotel . The property is centrally located between historic center and Calle Montejo. Everything is walking distance to historic landmark and great restaurants. I will definitely stay at Casa Lucia again.

The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was perfect with a small balcony that we could go out on just to enjoy the nice evenings. The restroom had all the extras you could want. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern Hacienda decor, great bathroom, spacious room . Across the street from Plaza Lucia, which has several good restaurants. Also close to the main square.

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit absoluter top Lage!"

Top Lage inmitten von Merida. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, zum Paseo de Montejo ca. 15 Minuten. Schönes, stilvolles und ruhiges Zimmer mit grossem Bett und Balkon mit Blick auf den St. Lucia Park. Abends wurde die Strasse vor dem Hotel zur Fussgängerzone. Das Frühstück konnte drinnen (klimatisiert) oder draussen im St. Lucia Park genossen werden (draussen eine Stunde später, d.h. ab 08:30 Uhr).
