"Mediocre experience"

First off when we pulled up out side and got out of our car the terrible smell of an animal food plant near by was strongly present luckily the smell wasn't very present in the room. We stayed for 1 extra day and were charged more than what we had paid for the first 4 nights, when we talked to the front desk we were told that a refund for the difference would be put back on our card but that never happened. For a total of 5 nights house keeping only came 1 time so we had to go to the front desk and have them give use clean towels and bedding and had to do the changing of the bedding ourselves.

Found ants on night stand in morning when I woke up checked out early because of this and told front desk lady this to see if she would offer different room but no apology from front desk, didn't offer different room and didn't seem surprised bout complaint.

Everything up until Monday morning.

Tried to rent room on Monday and was denied due to my fiancee had a local id and was using his credit card even though when I checked in they used my id due to being from Des Moines...But gal Monday am was rude and refused even though I was renting the room not my fiancee. I told her I am allowed visitors. Than she gavee 15 minutes to be out of room.. very disappointed.
