A/C was not working properly. Maintenance came twice but didn't resolve the issue. No alternative provided. I would not expect poor performance as such in a property of this.

Nice and clean place to stay. Hotel location is good. Polite staffs. Gym and spa are great! The only issue is that some staff cannot understand or talk in English.
