excellent location, central but quiet. Good quality linen. The staff did their best to find a quiet room for me

the breakfast is not good enough to be served to arctic expeditions, to say nothing about any place Spain. Everything tasted like it came from a can, and the cheapest can possible. Out of the 4 booked, I only went twice, and then just gave up. Also, very very poor isolation from the inside spaces. Part of it is a disastrous design: The smooth polished surfaces used in the corridors look nice but they amplify every sound such that you can hear people talking in the other end of the hotel like if they shout at your door.

Localização excelente, ao lado de supermercado, lavanderia e da GranVia. Café da manhã ☕ ótimo. Atendentes prestativos . Houve um pequeno problema técnico que foi prontamente resolvido pelo funcionário. Iluminação do quarto excelente!! Quarto silencioso. Rua silenciosa.

Pia tem q ser dentro do banheiro, por uma questão de higiene!!!

It is very clean, the staff was amazing, I recommend it. Breakfast was also amazing. And it is a very good location, 1 minute away from the Metro.

Maybe it is a little noisy in the night, but the hotel gives you earplugs so it was not such an inconvenience
