Good Location No value for money. Better to stay in the Mansfield Village. Can save a lot more and enjoy longer

Limited space for a family of four Two Adults two kids. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the kids.

"A comfy getaway with family"

The room was as described. Bed was comfy. The staff calling ahead of time to offer two different configurations for the bed was a special touch. They were able to store our bags which was great. The location is right in the heart of the village. The pool and spa and sauna were an added bonus.

The wifi never worked. We were told it's an IT problem but it wasn't resolved for the duration we were there. When you're paying close to $500 for a room with wifi you expect it to work. The check in time at 4 pm and check out at 10 am is not standard practice across most hotels. We were allowed to check in at 3 which was handy but most hotels allow a 2 pm check in as standard.
