Best Western Plus Lake Dallas Inn & Suites

The hotel was excellent for my traveling needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The facility looked inviting and clean. The breakfast provided a good option and food was good.

The property was excellent. I spent every day in the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I would recommend the best Western to anyone.

The room was clean, and a lot bigger than I expected. The staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely stay again on any subsequent trips to the area.

Good Breakfast, great, clean place. Good pool and hot tub, very clean and quiet room.

Shower water pressure low, not a big problem

This is the third time we've stayed at this Best Western location. The location is very convenient. The rooms are clean, breakfast is always great, and we enjoy the pool and hot tub. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm not a fan of Fox News / Fox and Friends, and don't want to watch it or listen to it during breakfast. Perhaps choose something more politically neutral, or simply provide local news for guests to enjoy first thing in the day. Also, there was a dog barking incessantly in one of the neighborhood yards closeby (not the hotel's fault), and when we went to investigate where the noise was coming from we realized that the window in our room wasn't fully connected to the window frame at the top. We could wiggle the entire window pane and could have almost fit a finger or two in the gap to the open air outside. I'm glad we weren't on the ground floor for security reasons, and it's a good thing it didn't rain during our stay! We've never had a maintenance issue during previous visits though, so I feel confident that they maintain the property well and that this issue was unusual. Regardless of these two things, this will remain our go-to hotel when visiting my daughter at UNT. We have already booked our room for our next two trips to Denton.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

This was our second stay at the Lake Dallas BW. It is close to fast food and gas stations. Our only real complaint is the difficulty, at times, getting into and out of the property Once in though, the property was quiet and secure. The lady that took care of breakfast was excellent. She was continually wiping off tables and serving areas.

We go to this hotel a few times a yr just to get away to relax. The jacuzzi is really nice and the pool as well. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff are beyond sweet and accommodate their guest. Breakfast is awesome. Everything is just perfect at this hotel and we will continue staying and highly recommend!!
