The proximity to the beach, this unit provides personal fire pit right outside the front door.

Upon entering I noticed immediately dead roaches, later on noticed live ones as well in the entire unit while I started cooking dinner they started popping up along the side of the fridge. It was very disgusting. Also, upon entering the home, we noticed that a big size window was left unlocked and it was very concerning because we weren’t sure if a homeless person or any other person were hiding inside of the home, I did make this aware to management however they didn’t seem too concerned. I also took a video of the entire unit because it was very dirty chips crunched up were left in the living room and dust was everywhere in the unit. I’m not sure when the last time they had a good thorough cleaning, but it looked like it had been a very long time. I did take video to back up these statements as well. Very disappointed we have stayed at this property now three times and we have never experienced anything like this. The live and dead cockroaches were very concerning regarding my health and my children’s health and my husband as well very unsanitary. Another thing that was upsetting was it was advertised that the unit had a fireplace but again upon settling in, we quickly noticed that the fireplace did not work, which is the main reason why I booked this more expensive unit they sent out maintenance and he wasn’t sure on how to fix it so it never got fixed. After sudden done. I was only offered 30% off, which I felt like after what we have dealt with and considering it was my Mother’s Day gift. We should’ve got a full refund back.

They didn't put our two rooms next to each other. Couldn't figure out how to make the fireplace work.
