We encountered non stop water leaking from hot/cold water supplying lines in the toilet/Bath room. unable to use the toilet. The water was leaking from Hot/Cold water supplying lines. The Toilet/Bath room floor was covered by pool of leaking water. We contact the front desk, the technician was arranged, and the technician was arrived to our room at 35 floor after 30 minutes, to attend the water leaking problem. very bad experience. The technician fixed the problem about one hour, good technician.

Breakfast was good in general, especially the onsen egg (Japanese section) was very well done. Thank you to the young chef who was willing to make a new batch upon my request as I was late for breakfast.

The Shangri La is a bit dated, Air Cond unable to adjust to our liking so it was warm at night.
